Marketing
We do very limited marketing, not only because of the cost, but also of the time investment and low ROI. Our main marketing measures are:

- LinkedIn Page
- Speak on Events from organization with a top brand and top speakers and leverage networking opportunities
- Speak on Webinars from organization with a top brand and top speakers
- Engage in Industry associations on topics relevant for our offerings
Sales
We do not have a dedicated sales function, based on the decades of experience our founders team has with sales organizations in the tech industry. A sales function would not align with our values and wanted to become a Trusted Advisor to the clients. For us sales is the outcome of all the other business development activities. Every INOVIAn has consultative selling skills, as everyone in INOVIA Solutions may had direct contact with customers and also collaborating with partners requires a consultative approach to engagement. Also INOVIA-internal services have internal clients and partners, so we see a set of skills and behaviors for all INOVIAns that have the interest of both sides on top of mind during any engagement.
