Value Proposition Design Process

This process describes how we tailor our role-specific value proposition to something that is specific to the industry, the organization and the individual we work with.

  • Discover Individual
    Once we know the role of a contact and got some insights via LinkedIn and other public source, we chose a role-based VPD that we think is a good fit and may update it base on our research.
  • VPD 4 Individual
    After every conversation with the contact we work in the insights into a value proposition design for this individual. It is critical to verify this with our contact.
  • Analyze Organization
    Through conversations with individuals and research of public available information we get a good understanding of the challenges and opportunities of the whole organization independent from the individual(s) we are talking to.
  • VPD 4 Organization
    The output of our analysis is the basis for a value proposition design for the organization.  It is important to get this verified by at least 2-3 people working at the organization.
  • Explore Industry
    Here we get the perspective of the organization on the industry. If we did not do it, we will also analyze the industry through other public sources. ChatGPT or Perplexity will support us.
  • VPD 4 Industry
    If we don’t have one, we create one based on our research in the public space and conversations with the organization. If we have one already, we will cross-check with the VPD of the organization, so we can update it if required
